This weekend I ran into an old friend from high school, Chris Barnett. Chris has always been a thoughtful and caring person. He is a very pensive individual with a mind of his own.
In high school you could find him riding his bike all over town. You could seeing him poppin’ wheelies, riding up hills, or just crusin’ around. So it was no surprise to me that he is starting a project that will raise money for clean water in Ethiopia using his bike.
“In less than two months, I’m going to set a World record wheelie ride for cleaner water in Ethiopia.
That’s going to beat the current record of 8.14 miles of sweating, pushing, giving everything I’ve got. My goal will be upwards of 9 miles!”
Chris is using his talent, energy, and time to help out a country in need. What a beautiful thing to do. Good luck Chris!
